Services
We offer personalized support for every stage of the EEOICPA claims process—whether you're just getting started, facing an appeal, adding new conditions, or pursuing an impairment rating. Our goal is to simplify a complicated system and help you access the benefits and care you deserve, with guidance you can trust every step of the way.

New Claims
If you haven't filed a claim yet, we’re here to walk you through every step from the very beginning. We’ll help you gather necessary documentation, complete the required forms accurately, and ensure your claim is submitted correctly the first time. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible—so you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Claims Appeals
If your initial claim was denied, you’re not out of options. We can help you review the decision, identify what may have gone wrong, and prepare a strong, thorough appeal. From gathering additional evidence to submitting updated documentation, we’ll guide you through the appeals process and advocate for the outcome you deserve.

Consequentials
Some medical conditions may develop as a result of an already approved illness. These are called consequential conditions—and they may also qualify for benefits. We help identify and document those connections, ensuring your claim reflects the full scope of your health challenges and that you receive the care and support you’re entitled to.

Impairments
When a new condition is approved—or about every two years—you may qualify for an impairment rating under Part E of EEOICPA. This rating can lead to additional lump-sum compensation based on how the condition affects your daily function. We guide you through eligibility, evaluations, and documentation to help ensure your rating is accurate and your benefit is maximized—so you don’t have to handle it alone.
